First Flips Gymnastics! is a revolutionary approach to recreational gymnastics fitness in a non-competitive environment. The focus of our programs is be to develop the child into the best person he/she can be without the pressure of competition or intensity to perform. The basic format of our programs is a combination of general movement education and skills specific to learning gymnastics.
