Known as the City of Beautiful Homes, University Heights is a small, diverse yet cohesive community with a small town feel despite its central location within an urban setting.  

Cleveland Magazine has perennially listed University Heights as a leading walkable community.  We have also received numerous awards from the American Automobile Association for pedestrian safety.

University Heights is home to John Carroll University, one of 28 Jesuit universities in the United States.

One of the best things about University Heights is the location. We are nearby the cultural offerings of University Circle and a twenty minute drive from downtown. We are close to Interstates 271 and 480, terrific shopping centers, and the Metroparks with multi-purpose walking and cycling paths.
